I can see Emma becoming a children's book illustrator. She loves drawing and this is one of herself she did at school.
My sleep has been dreadful lately and the fitbit makes it easy to see each morning just how long I slept the previous night. Several nights of about 4 - 5 hours leave me like a zombie. My sleep patterns are haywire. I don't go to sleep till 1 or 2 am and this morning I didn't wake till 12 midday!
Trying to function normally is almost impossible.

Golly I think we've done it- after only a year of trying !
The secret is
the person must to sign in (to be log in) Google-own-mail/page.
I collect some topics related to sleep.
Sleep is one of the three pillars of
good health along with good diet and adequate exercise.
Sleep myths:
don't drink coffee in the afternoon;
do have a warm cup of cocoa before bed;
try counting sheep;...
The most important thing we can do is develop
a good sleep routine such as
going to bed at roughly the same time each night,
waking up at a similar time each morning.
Relax and unwind:
before heading to bed forget the day's concerns.
Ditch the gadgets.
Stress less:
try not to be anxious if sleep is evading you.
As a rule, if there's a clock near your bed, don't watch it!
Good night!
